Refund policy

We will provide either a full refund or an exchange for the same value in the following situations:

The order does not arrive after 39 days
Items are damaged or lost while in transit
Items received are incorrect and not what was ordered
If certain orders did not fall on the conditions mentioned above, they are NOT entitled to any refund or exchange.
